    Complaint & Grievance-Mode Descrption Time to Resolve
    Branch Visit Customers can visit our branches and handover a complaint letter to the Branch Manager or any other branch personnel Normal Cases (other than the one mentioned below): 10 Working Days
    Telephone The customer can call us and log the grievances at 95858 90000 between 10. 00 AM to 7. 00 PM, Monday to Saturday, except public Holidays Fraud cases, Legal cases and cases which need retrieval of documents and old records: 20 working days
    WhatsApp The customer can share his grievance on WhatsApp No 8667599331 If any case needs additional time, the Company will inform the customer the reasons of delay in resolution within the timelines specified above and provide expected time-lines for resolution of the complaint
